Meditation, Energy Alignment, and the Creative Process

As the founder of Lion 8, I’ve spent over twenty years shaping spaces and identities that reflect a deeper sense of purpose. But more recently, my creative process has been transformed by a deeper connection to consciousness. A lifelong practitioner of meditation (30 years and counting), I’ve begun integrating new energy alignment and spiritual practices into my work in a more intentional and direct way. This alignment has shifted how I engage with each project, each collaborator, and each client—creating more clarity, deeper resonance, and designs that truly feel alive.
